Role Description Le(la) Concepteur(trice) de solutions en données sera responsable de la conception, de l’évolution et de l’implantation de solutions d’intégration et de transformation de données répondant à différents styles d’architecture, notamment batch, streaming, événementiel et schedulé. Il(elle) interviendra sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des solutions de données, de l’analyse des besoins jusqu’à la mise en production, en étroite collaboration avec les architectes de l’équipe données, les analystes et les développeurs. Le(la) concepteur(trice) devra proposer des solutions robustes, évolutives et alignées avec les normes et standards de l’organisation, tout en intégrant des approches innovantes, notamment basées sur l’intelligence artificielle. Responsibilities - Concevoir des architectures d’intégration de données adaptées aux besoins d’affaires et technologiques (batch, temps réel, streaming, événementiel, traitements planifiés); - Réaliser des conceptions techniques, ainsi que les spécifications nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des solutions ETL/ ELT et d’intégration; - Contribuer au développement dans certaines situations; - Collaborer étroitement avec les architectes de données afin d’assurer la cohérence des solutions avec les cibles d’architecture et les feuilles de route de l’écosystème données; - Effectuer et maintenir la cartographie de la plateforme d’intégration et gestion de données de référence (MDM), définir les règles de transformation, de qualité et de traçabilité des données; - Concevoir et implanter des pipelines de données; - Participer à l’implantation de solutions innovantes basées sur l’IA, telles que les Déclarative Pipelines, l’assistance au développement par IA (ex. Claude Code), et d’autres approches d’automatisation intelligente; - Assurer la qualité des solutions en collaboration avec les équipes de développement, d’architecture et d’exploitation (tests, performance, robustesse, sécurité); - Contribuer à la documentation des solutions, des flux de données et des standards d’intégration; - Promouvoir le respect des normes, standards et bonnes pratiques en ingénierie et intégration de données au sein de l’organisation. Qualifications - Dix (10) années d'expérience pertinente; - Expérience en tant que concepteur ou architecte de solutions dans un contexte IA embarquée; - Expérience avec la Plateforme Snowflake; - Expérience avec la plateforme Databricks; - Expérience avec la plateforme Microsoft SQL Server; - Expertise en SQL & Python; - Expérience ESB, atout; - Connaissance de la modélisation dimensionnelle et de l’architecture de systèmes informationnels; - Bonne connaissance de Murex/ Portia; - Expérience avec Markit EDM, atout; - Expérience avec NIFI, atout; - Expérience en finance, atout; - Capacité de structurer et mener des réunions d'intervenants multidisciplinaires et multi-niveaux; - Très bonnes habiletés en communication en influence et en négociation; - Habiletés à effectuer plusieurs tâches sur plusieurs projets en parallèle; - Être capable de travailler sous pression; - Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec. - Seuls les candidats légalement autorisés à travailler pour tout employeur au Canada seront considérés.
