Logistics & Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Outforce

• Coordinate international freight operations across UK, US, and EU regions. • Manage and track inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy. • Oversee wholesale order processing, fulfillment, and delivery timelines. • Utilize ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar) for operations management. • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to optimize workflow. • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation. • Analyze logistics and inventory data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, wholesale operations, or supply chain roles.
  • Experience with international freight operations (UK, US, EU).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Odoo.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and wholesale coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
