• Atuar como Arquiteto SAP SD com visão funcional e técnica (Techno-Functional) • Cobrir frentes relacionadas a SAP SD e ABAP • Participar de avaliações e definições de soluções • Atuar em iniciativas globais de KT (Knowledge Transfer) e Business Projects • Interagir diretamente com áreas de negócio, questionando e propondo melhorias de forma estratégica • Conduzir discussões técnicas e funcionais com stakeholders locais e globais • Apoiar projetos SAP em diferentes frentes e níveis de complexidade.

• Support and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA • Handling service tickets and implementing enhancements • Problem analysis and resolution • Interaction with business areas • Documentation maintenance

• Provide application support within AMS scope (incidents, service requests, and changes) • Configure and maintain SAP HR / Payroll / SuccessFactors systems • Collaborate with diverse teams and work independently to deliver exceptional customer support for SAP HCM solution • Analyse business requirements, design tailored solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot SAP HCM solutions • Provide remote guidance to customers, leveraging SAP Best Practices and offering both operational and technical assistance. • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and conduct training workshops for end-users. • Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with client needs. • Work closely with global teams and technical experts • Support the Customer Delivery Lead (CDL) in meeting SLA and service quality targets

• Managing SAP user access, roles, and authorizations in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC 6.0 in accordance with business and compliance requirements • Administering and governing SAP role design, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and security frameworks • Participating in projects as a project member or leading specific SAP access management initiatives • Troubleshooting authorization issues and supporting incident resolution processes • Performing regular access reviews, internal audits, and enforcing best practice–aligned security policies • Identifying and implementing improvements in authorization models and access control processes • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and delivering key-user and end-user training when required.
