• Generar Pipeline: Identificarás y prospectarás nuevas oportunidades de negocio (Outbound e Inbound) a través de email, llamadas y LinkedIn. • Calificar Leads: Entenderás los retos de los clientes potenciales y presentarás el valor inicial de nuestras soluciones. • Agendar Reuniones: Serás el puente de oro que conecte a los tomadores de decisión con nuestro equipo de Account Executives. • Gestión CRM & Data: Mantendrás al día herramientas como HubSpot/Salesforce y colaborarás con Marketing para optimizar campañas basados en tus KPIs de conversión.
Job Requirements
- Mentalidad Comercial: Orientación clara a objetivos, métricas y alta resiliencia.
- Comunicación de Impacto: Habilidad innata para conectar de forma clara, oral y escrita.
- Habilidades Técnicas: Experiencia previa utilizando CRMs y herramientas de prospección. Capacidad para entender y simplificar soluciones tecnológicas complejas.
- Proactividad: Autonomía para organizar tu día a día y seguimiento riguroso de tus leads.
- Conocimiento en firma electrónica, identidad digital o ciberseguridad (puntos extra valorables).
- Manejo de LinkedIn Sales Navigator u otras herramientas avanzadas de prospección (puntos extra valorables).
- Nivel de inglés intermedio o superior (B2+) (puntos extra valorables).
