Role Description Nucleus Global is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support one of our publications accounts. This role is ideal for someone who excels at client partnership, project leadership, and delivers high-quality work in a dynamic agency environment. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in the successful delivery and growth of assigned account(s). Your responsibilities will include: - Serve as a key client partner for global publication initiatives - Lead the execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations from planning through submission - Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery - Collaborate closely with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate, compelling scientific communications - Support development and implementation of strategic publication plans aligned to clinical milestones - Ensure adherence to ICMJE, GPP, and journal/congress requirements - Contribute to organic account growth and new business opportunities Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred; advanced degree a plus) - Experience in medical communications with a focus on publications - Proven experience managing manuscripts and congress deliverables - Strong project management and financial oversight skills - Confident client communicator with exceptional attention to detail - Familiarity with publication management systems (e.g., iEnvision) a plus Benefits - Health coverage - Retirement - PTO - Flexible working arrangements - Friendly and informal working environment with Friday socials - Regular wellbeing weeks and Town Hall events - Excellent opportunities for career and personal development Compensation $70,000 — $94,000 USD
