Sales Development Representative
Open Practice
• Outbound Prospecting and Lead Generation through high-volume cold calls, sending emails, and performing outreach to prospective clients. • Product Introductions based on scripted emails or product overviews to potential clients, providing standardized information and working qualified leads with Technical Sales Consultants or Enterprise Account Executives to assist in closing. • Lead Qualification and Data Entry by collecting basic client information, updating CRM records, and categorizing leads based on established criteria. • Providing Proposals and closing deals. • Follow-Up meetings or demos ensuring leads are ready for the next step.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of medical billing concepts and terminology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace apps (Docs/Sheets)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical billing experience strongly preferred.
