• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process — from needs analysis with our leadership to creating clear job postings and all the way to contract signing. In this role you act as a strategic sparring partner on equal footing. • Using active sourcing, creative search strategies and a keen eye for potential, you identify and engage suitable candidates — especially within digital, creative and technology environments. • You conduct interviews in a structured, appreciative and professional manner, ensuring cultural fit and technical competence are given equal consideration. • You strategically develop our recruiting processes, manage them using data and relevant KPIs, and establish smart, scalable guidelines for hiring managers to elevate all stakeholders in the recruiting process — with a focus on candidate experience and business impact. • Together with Marketing and the People & Culture team, you strengthen our employer brand and develop initiatives to position WongDoody as an attractive employer in the market. • In collaboration with our parent company Infosys, you operate within international structures and align global recruiting standards with local requirements.
