Role Description Ted's Air, Plumbing & Electric is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to support continued growth in the Durham, North Carolina area. This role is well-suited for a consultative sales professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners and guiding them through important home comfort decisions. - The Comfort Advisor serves as the primary point of contact in the home, evaluating needs, presenting options, and recommending heating and cooling solutions that align with customer priorities. - High performers regularly achieve six-figure incomes, with typical on-target earnings ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 based on results.
