Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at NH Ross, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. You will leverage your strong communication skills and sales expertise to build lasting relationships with clients and help them achieve their HVAC and plumbing goals. Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. - Conduct needs assessments with clients to determine the best solutions for their HVAC and plumbing needs. - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain a pipeline of leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale. - Collaborate with the service and installation teams to ensure client needs are met post-sale. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively sell our services.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry.
  • Strong sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
