Role Description We are looking for a Product Manager to own the capture quality and scalability of MediaRadar's creative pipeline — a foundational data stream that powers intelligence across the business. - This is not a generalist PM role. You will own specific, critical workflows end-to-end: - Our in-house creative capture systems. - The third-party vendor relationships that extend our coverage across TV, Digital, and Print. - Our TV scheduling and program guide infrastructure. - You will work cross-functionally with operations, ML/AI engineering, data engineering, and commercial teams to drive automation, improve capture quality, and eliminate manual bottlenecks. - The north star outcome for this role: clients get complete, accurate, and well-categorized ad coverage across channels — without proportional headcount growth. - You will be expected to develop strong AI/ML PM skills — not just manage backlogs, but understand model behavior, contribute to feedback loop design, and think rigorously about data quality as a product problem. Qualifications - 1–10 years of product management, technical program management, or closely related experience at a data-centric or technology company. - Ability to write clear, detailed, technically grounded requirements — user stories and specs that engineering teams can act on without a follow-up meeting. - Analytical mindset: comfort working with data to pull your own answers, validate assumptions, and dig into problems independently. - Strong written communication skills — you will collaborate across multiple time zones and written clarity is a core job skill. - Self-directed and execution-oriented: you identify the work, prioritize, and drive to completion. Requirements - Exposure to advertising, media measurement, or data intelligence. - Familiarity with TV data, program guides, or broadcast/streaming workflows. - Any hands-on exposure to ML/AI-driven data pipelines — you don't need to write models, but understanding what makes them better matters. - Experience working with distributed teams across time zones (India, Europe). - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Databricks, or similar data/engineering platforms. Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - 401k with Company Match - Flexible PTO - Commuter Benefits - Gym Discounts - Summer Fridays
Head of Product
LilliProactive monitoring technology that empowers people to live independently, safely and happily within their home.
Role Description As Head of Product at Lilli, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy across a complex, multi-segment platform. You will operate at the centre of three competing forces: - The needs of public sector customers (local authorities) - The expectations of private providers and families - The realities of what can be built well and reliably Your role is not just to “gather requirements”, but to make clear product bets. You will decide where we go deep, where we stay simple, and where we say no. You will work closely with Engineering, Business Improvement, Commercial and Customer Success to: - Shape a coherent product strategy across all segments - Turn ambiguous problems into well-defined product directions - Ensure what we build is both valuable and usable in real-world care settings This is a hands-on leadership role. You will need to move between strategy and detail, from defining long-term direction to reviewing the shape of a single feature. Success in this role is not measured by output, but by clarity of direction, quality of decisions, and the impact our products have on people’s lives. What makes this role challenging: - You will rarely have perfect data. You will need to make decisions with partial information. - Different customer segments will pull the product in different directions. - The cost of getting things wrong is high. This is not a purely digital product. - You will need to balance speed with trust and reliability. - You will be expected to challenge stakeholders, not just align with them. Responsibilities - Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs, policy environment and market structure across our segments, and translate this into clear commentary, product implications and recommendations for the leadership team. - Set product direction across public, private and consumer segments - Make clear product bets and prioritisation trade-offs - Lead and develop the product function - Work closely with Engineering, Data Science and commercial teams to turn ambiguity into shipped product - Build strong product discovery, decision-making and feedback loops - Represent the product vision internally and externally Qualifications - You have led product in a complex B2B or B2B2C environment - You are comfortable making bets with imperfect information - You can operate across strategy, discovery and delivery - You are highly analytical and can distil the data into an insightful story - You understand health and social care technology, its users, and the challenges of the sector - You work well with engineers and data scientists, and understand how good products get built - You care about real-world outcomes, not just shipping features
