- **Analyse der Energieverbräuche** unserer Standorte und **Identifikation konkreter Einsparpotenziale** - Eigenverantwortliche **Umsetzung von Effizienzmaßnahmen** in Zusammenarbeit mit den Standorten (z. B. in Labor- und Gebäudetechnik) - Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung unseres **transparenten Energiemonitoring inkl. KPI-System** - Vorantreiben von Themen wie **Eigenenergieerzeugung** (z. B. PV), **Lastmanagement** und **Versorgungsoptimierung** - Förderung und Implementierung von Lösungen im Bereich **E-Mobilität** (z. B. Ladeinfrastruktur, Flottenintegration) - Aktive Identifikation und Nutzung unserer **Fördermittelprogramme** sowie Steuerung entsprechender Anträge und Projekte - Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Energiemanagementsystems nach **ISO 50001** - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Schnittstellen wie Medizintechnik, Einkauf und externen Dienstleistern - Integration von Nachhaltigkeit in den operativen Alltag – nicht nur im Reporting
Job Requirements
- Studium** im** Bereich Energie, Umwelt, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar**
- Erfahrung im Energie- oder Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement**
- Gutes **technisches Verständnis** (z. B. Gebäudetechnik, Energieanlagen)
- Erfahrung mit Förderprogrammen (z. B. BAFA) von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, datengetriebene und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Umsetzungsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen und geplanten Reisetätigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Deutsch & Englisch)

Role Description INFUSE is looking for a talented Associate Manager to work with our Creative Teams. • Manage and support the Recovery Technician and Exchange Technician, setting daily schedules, ensuring job readiness (staffing, equipment etc), and quality standards are met. • Provide coaching, mentorship, and accountability to ensure consistent performance and development. • Monitor and report on technician performance, recovery volumes, and customer feedback. • Act as the go-to field leader and liaison between technicians and corporate operations. • Prospect and qualify new customers for the recovery and exchange programs. • Schedule and perform in-person visits and follow-up calls to present Hudson’s full-service recovery solutions. • Operate a small-format recovery truck and perform on-site refrigerant recovery for a variety of applications. • Ensure all work follows Hudson SOPs, EPA regulations, and safety protocols.
