Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

Hex Trust

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private wealth channels, contributing to increased AUM, trading volume, and product adoption • Cultivate and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries to further drive growth in AUM. • Lead prospect and client meetings, clearly articulating Hex Trust’s value proposition and capturing feedback for continuous improvement. • Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to deepen client engagement. • Work with Marketing Team to identify and support activities designed to attract and activate client base • Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with compliance, legal, and operations. • Deliver best-in-class, white-glove service—positioning Hex Trust as a trusted partner for private clients and family offices in digital assets. • KPIs: No. of clients, Revenue, Assets on Platform, Net New Money

Job Requirements

  • 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; digital asset familiarity required.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility in front of senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are highly valued.****
