• Oversee all slotting activities within a designated region • Assist and coach local slot coordinators on network standard slotting practices • Execute Regional and overall market analysis to determine slotting • Enable productivity and eliminate waste from the operation • Facilitate weekly calls with slot coordinators • Monitor and analyze warehouse slotting operations • Train warehouse slot coordinators in efficient and safe work methods • Implement new and modify existing slotting strategies • Track and Measure leading and lagging Key Process Indicators
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- 3 years minimum in slotting warehouse product
- Previous project management experience
- Experience in working in a union environment
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Root cause analysis skills
- Strong expertise in Manhattan WMS, Tandem, Snowflake Database (preferred)

Venture Manager - Fintech Partnerships (NYC) Salary range: $140,000-170,000/annum We are seeking an exceptionally driven and entrepreneurial Venture Manager to work directly with our leadership team, leading and building large-scale strategic projects from the ground up at Almedia.
