Remote Recruitment
• Compile, format, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to relevant stakeholders • Gather data from multiple internal systems and consolidate into clear, accurate reports • Maintain and update reporting templates, dashboards, and data trackers • Ensure all reports are delivered on time and meet quality and accuracy standards • Identify and flag discrepancies or anomalies in data for review • Assist with the development of new reporting formats as business needs evolve • Support management with ad hoc data requests and analysis as required
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a reporting, data administration, or analytical support role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and formulas
- Experience with reporting tools or dashboards (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar) is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously
- Good written communication skills for presenting findings clearly
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote environment
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
