The Opportunity The Senior Product Consultant I is responsible for leading high-visibility communications and training for Life & Disability (Group Benefits) product updates-especially multi state Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML)-turning complex regulatory and operational changes into clear, compliant messages for internal partners, brokers, customers, and participants. The role will own and continuously improve the end-to-end content ecosystem (web, email campaigns, webinars/trainings, and customer/participant mailings), partnering closely with Product, Legal/Compliance, SMEs, and eBusiness/SEO to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and usability. As a Safety Specialist, you'll perform day-to-day Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities within a highly regulated environment driven by strict timelines. Your responsibilities will include the collection, monitoring, assessment, evaluation, research, and tracking of safety information. You will coordinate and perform PV activities such as data entry, coding, assessment of adverse events, case review, follow-up, tracking of reports, and regulatory reporting activities. Role Description Raytheon is seeking a Quality & Command Media Specialist to drive data-focused oversight of our Receiving Inspection and Supplier Material Verification processes, as well as support the development and maintenance of Command Media (policies and procedures). In this role, you will: - Analyze escape metrics, PRISM (SAP) inspection results, and supplier performance data to inform inspection requirements across the enterprise. - Contribute to continuous improvement of inspection-related policy and procedure. - Support all Raytheon Operations Quality sites and partner locations where Receiving Inspection activities are conducted. - Maintain a home office with opportunities to travel for collaboration with other Receiving Inspection teams (10-15% domestic travel).
