Systems Administrator, SSO
Endava
• Support day-to-day IAM intakes and incident resolution • Manage and improve certificate management, logging, monitoring, and dashboards • Expand and tune PingOne Protect in partnership with Security • Implement PingCentral automation and self-service capabilities • Troubleshoot authentication issues across AD, networking, and DevOps • Support MFA setup, resets, and user campaigns • Expand MFA and SSO coverage across enterprise and international applications • Streamline federation between Ping and Entra • Perform platform upgrades and enhance resiliency • Leverage Ping DaVinci for customized authentication and self-service flows
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Strong experience with the Ping Identity suite, including: PingFederate, PingOne, PingOne Protect, PingOne MFA, PingOne DaVinci
- Expert-level proficiency with PingFederate
- Strong understanding of legacy Java/J2EE-based custom adapters
- Deep knowledge of PingFederate architecture, components, and authentication flows
- Experience supporting complex enterprise integrations
- Experience with custom PCVs and data stores
- Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Experience integrating SSO solutions with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with Oracle IAM solutions (OIM/OAG) is a plus
- Ability to manage and support on-premises environments, hybrid infrastructures, and cloud-based IAM platforms
- Experience with Google Cloud and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies, including GKE, Terraform, Helm Charts, Git, Jenkins
- Strong scripting and automation experience using Python, PowerShell, and other scripting/automation tools
- Experience migrating applications and integrations from PingFederate to PingOne
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Willingness to participate in rotational production support/on-call coverage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
