• Manage/perform CWM removal under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE • Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for the identification and removal of CWM and/or traditional munitions. • Prepare CWM workplans and schedules, manage budgets and quality, and lead field teams during removal actions in the field.
