Role Description As a Sales Executive, Legal Technology, you’ll drive new business by prospecting, engaging, and selling to law firms and litigation teams. You’ll generate pipeline through high-volume outbound activity and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to product demonstrations, objection handling, and closing new business. Key Responsibilities - Identify, prospect, and engage law firms and litigation support professionals through outbound calls and email campaigns - Build relationships with prospective buyers, including litigation support managers, deposition coordinators, and law firm leadership - Manage full sales cycle activities, including outreach, qualification, demonstrations, objection handling, and closing - Position and sell AI-powered deposition intelligence platform to prospective clients - Clearly communicate product value, including data security, privilege, compliance, and technology differentiators - Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline - Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, including activity tracking and deal progression - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets for calls, emails, and meetings scheduled - Generate qualified opportunities and convert outreach into demonstrations and closed business - Support lead generation efforts, including inbound inquiries and event-generated leads - Share feedback on messaging, objections, and prospect responses to support continuous improvement - Collaborate cross-functionally to share market insights and align sales and product efforts Qualifications - Skills: Strong prospecting, qualification, communication, organization, and follow-through skills - Sales: Ability to manage outbound sales activity, product demonstrations, objection handling, and closing new business - Technology: Ability to clearly explain the value of a technology platform and related technical concepts - Writing: Ability to craft clear, compelling outreach and follow-up communications tailored to prospective clients - CRM: Experience using CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, to manage pipeline, activity, and deal progression - Experience: Two to four years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within software or technology-enabled services - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience - Attributes: Resilient, disciplined, accountable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-activity remote sales environment Requirements - Meeting or exceeding activity targets, including calls, emails, and meetings scheduled - Generating a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach - Converting outreach into scheduled demonstrations and advancing opportunities through the pipeline - Achieving new business revenue targets through effective sales execution - Maintaining accurate and timely CRM data, including activity tracking and deal progression - Improving conversion rates across outreach, qualification, demonstration, and closing stages Benefits - Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, short & long term disability insurance, basic life & supplemental insurance for employees and their dependents - Retirement: Eligibility to enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan with employer match of up to 1.5% (based on a 6% employee contribution) - Paid Time Off: Employees receive two weeks of vacation leave per month (80 hours annually) and 2 paid "floating" holiday per year - Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year - Sick Leave: 5 paid sick days per year
