• Architect end-to-end integration solutions connecting CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Creatio, MS Dynamics) with enterprise systems including ERPs, data warehouses, and third-party SaaS platforms. • Define and enforce integration patterns and data-flow governance across the organization. • Evaluate and select appropriate integration styles based on business and technical trade-offs. • Produce architecture blueprints, integration design documents, sequence diagrams, and data mapping specifications. • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery. • Guide teams on data migration and synchronization strategies between CRM solutions and external systems. • Collaborate with other developers and administrators to ensure integration solutions align with platform best practices and governor limits. • Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. • Translate complex business processes into actionable, prioritized integration requirements and user stories. • Document current-state and future-state integration landscapes, including gap analyses and migration roadmaps. • Collaborate with client IT stakeholders during training and enablement sessions to ensure their self-sufficiency and confidence maintaining various parts of Catalyst builds. • Present integration architectures, technology decisions, and roadmaps to executive leadership, clients, and external partners with clarity and confidence. • Conduct integration architecture reviews and participate in security review boards.

Location: US Based - Remote Position Overview At Thrive, a Principal Architect is responsible for devising implementation strategy, assessing client readiness and orchestrating Thrive engineering teams as the technical project lead dedicated to Thrive’s Enterprise clients.  This position’s primary objective is to oversee the successful technical execution of projects as defined within Thrive Project Plans, Orders and Scopes of Service to the satisfaction of Thrive’s Enterprise clients.  In addition to these responsibilities and objectives, the Principal Architect is expected to play a role in hands-on engineering efforts and technical decision making as needed. Qualifications Base Salary Range: $125-165k Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. • Direct the design and engineering of non-Seismic Category I structures, with a focus on interior functional requirements and systems integration • Ensure all designs meet associated industry and local codes, standards, and regulations • Collaborate with Civil, Structural, and Mechanical teams to integrate HVAC, radiation shielding, and fire protection requirements into the architectural shell • Lead reviews of calculations, 3D models, and construction specifications provided by subcontractors • Select efficient materials suitable for their respective environments, focusing on durability, longevity, decontamination capability, and cost • Contribute to an engineering team that assures proposals and early works packages for selected sites are compatible with our standard product offering • Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal engineering teams • Interface with external partners, customers, and other applicable country specific regulatory agencies as required on technical issues • Work with proposal and early works teams to build estimates, schedules, and identify risks associated with different opportunities • Provide guidance to external partner engineering resources to ensure the quality of deliverables • Support commercial and marketing opportunities to develop new business opportunities • Protect the Intellectual Property rights of GEVH • Support GEVH initiatives, corrective action, process improvement and simplification • Ensure adherence to GEVH’s standards for nuclear safety and compliance
