Integration Architect

Catalyst Consulting Group

• Architect end-to-end integration solutions connecting CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Creatio, MS Dynamics) with enterprise systems including ERPs, data warehouses, and third-party SaaS platforms. • Define and enforce integration patterns and data-flow governance across the organization. • Evaluate and select appropriate integration styles based on business and technical trade-offs. • Produce architecture blueprints, integration design documents, sequence diagrams, and data mapping specifications. • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery. • Guide teams on data migration and synchronization strategies between CRM solutions and external systems. • Collaborate with other developers and administrators to ensure integration solutions align with platform best practices and governor limits. • Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. • Translate complex business processes into actionable, prioritized integration requirements and user stories. • Document current-state and future-state integration landscapes, including gap analyses and migration roadmaps. • Collaborate with client IT stakeholders during training and enablement sessions to ensure their self-sufficiency and confidence maintaining various parts of Catalyst builds. • Present integration architectures, technology decisions, and roadmaps to executive leadership, clients, and external partners with clarity and confidence. • Conduct integration architecture reviews and participate in security review boards.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or solution architecture roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading requirements workshops and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Background in consulting.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred.
  • Proven expertise designing and delivering integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is preferred.
  • MuleSoft Certified Associate, Developer, or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect is preferred.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Certification is preferred.
  • Background in Agile delivery methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience in working with public sector, education, or non-profit spaces is preferred.

Qualifications Base Salary Range: $125-165k Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
