• Partner with Leadership, Strategic Finance, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to identify and prioritize key business metrics and reporting needs. • Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reporting tools, and data visualizations to support operational and financial decision-making. • Extract, clean, structure, and analyze large datasets from ERP, operational, eCommerce, and other internal systems. • Build scalable reporting processes and improve data accessibility across the organization. • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights. • Assist in the development and maintenance of KPI definitions, metric governance, and reporting consistency. • Identify trends, anomalies, and business performance drivers through exploratory analysis and recurring reporting. • Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives through data analysis and visualization. • Work closely with engineering and systems teams to improve data pipelines, reporting architecture, and system integrations. • Help drive adoption of self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. • Support ad hoc analyses and executive-level reporting requests.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Support the month-end and year-end close process by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure timely and accurate financial statements. • Maintain accurate recording of sales, cost of goods sold, inventory, and operating expenses in accordance with GAAP. • Reconcile inventory balances across third-party manufacturers, co-packers, and 3PL warehouses; investigate variances and ensure proper cost capitalization. • Assist in preparing and analyzing trade spend, promotional accruals, and customer deductions, ensuring proper documentation and accounting treatment. • Prepare and deliver weekly cash flow and working capital reports, highlighting key drivers and variances. • Support the preparation of monthly management reports and financial dashboards for internal stakeholders. • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to validate inventory movements, purchase order activity, and freight costs. • Assist with the annual audit process by preparing required schedules and liaising with external auditors. • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, streamline reporting, and enhance the use of ERP and accounting systems. • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate actuals, variance analyses, and insights into key cost drivers. • Ensure compliance with sales tax, state filings, and other regulatory requirements.

• Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of E-Commerce is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of SPFP’s digital retail and marketplace businesses, with a primary focus on Amazon, Chewy, Walmart.com, and TikTok Shop. • This role owns digital shelf performance, retail media execution, marketplace operations, and revenue-driving optimization across key e-commerce channels. • Ensure our brands show up competitively, convert efficiently, and scale profitably within each platform’s unique ecosystem. • Operate as a player-coach, being hands-on in platform management and performance analysis, while coordinating agencies, creative partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver results. • Sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, translating brand strategy into channel-specific execution that drives velocity, efficiency, and profitable growth.
