DILA
Role Description L’administrateur(trice) réseaux et sécurité contribue au contrôle continu des actions récurrentes (RUN) et intervient dans les projets sur son domaine de compétence. Ce rôle demande donc une parfaite connaissance technique, voire de l’expertise, dans les domaines des réseaux de données et de leur sécurisation, afin de pouvoir : - Garantir pour les usagers de la DILA, un réseau de données disponible, performant, intègre et sécurisé. - Apporter aux équipes projets un support technique à forte valeur ajoutée. - Proposer des solutions innovantes servant les attentes fonctionnelles. - Garantir la qualité de la réalisation, le respect des délais de mise en œuvre et du budget. Le poste est soumis à astreintes régulières au titre du support technique de niveau 2. - Maintenir en conditions opérationnelles les réseaux de données ainsi que leur niveau de sécurité : - Mener toute action préventive et curative visant à garantir le fonctionnement des réseaux et la sécurité des données. - Vérifier et anticiper à l’aide de l’outillage, toute dégradation du service (analyse de la charge, des logs…). - Assurer l'installation et l'administration des composants réseaux, de sécurité et outils associés : - Assurer l'installation des composants, dans le respect des règles de l’art, du référentiel technologique, des procédures DILA et de la règlementation. - Réaliser la gestion des droits d'accès aux équipements réseaux, de sécurité et outils, sinon en contrôler la bonne gestion. - Contribuer au support utilisateurs : - Réaliser le diagnostic et le traitement des incidents survenant sur les réseaux et leur écosystème. - Contribuer au diagnostic et à la résolution des incidents de sécurité. - Contribuer au bon fonctionnement interne : - Informer, rendre compte, partager les tâches en bonne intelligence, selon sa compétence et sa disponibilité au sein de la section réseaux et hébergements. - Contribuer à la mise à jour du plan de charge de la section réseaux et hébergements. Qualifications - Niveau bac+3 (ou expérience équivalente). - Expérience de 2 ans sur un poste d’administrateur réseau et sécurité au sein d’un service de production ou d’une entreprise de service numérique. - Une certification constructeur validant les connaissances réseaux et sécurité serait appréciée. - Connaissance des systèmes d’information (LINUX, Windows, VMware). - Connaissance des architectures des SI. - Connaissance des réseaux : - Protocoles TCP/IPv4 IPv6 – protocoles de routage dont OSPF - NAT. - Fonctions de sécurisation Réseau – VLAN niveaux 2 & 3 /802.1x… - VPN IPSEC et SSL. - LAN. - Firewalls. - Boitiers de partage de charge. - Méthodes de diagnostic, de la métrologie et des outillages réseaux. - Conception et dimensionnement d’architectures réseau. - Gestion des Proxy / reverse Proxy. - BGP. - Connaissance des méthodes d’analyse de risques et d’audit SSI. - Connaissance des référentiels réglementaires (ANSSI, CNIL, RGS, CERTA…). - Connaissance en TOIP. - Connaissance des marchés publics. - Connaissance de l’anglais technique. We are looking for a Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical records and possess knowledge of medical terminology, attention to detail, and great customer service. The position will be based at the corporate office located in Westchester, IL., near Oak Brook. Candidate will require flexibility to travel to the office in Chicago, IL (near Harrison and Ashland) 2-3 times per month. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. Candidate will have the opportunity to work remote once training has been completed onsite and can work independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Responsible for analyzing and responding to requests for medical information, ensuring adherence to Federal and state confidentiality requirements. - Performs maintenance, filing, and retrieving active and inactive medical records. - Analyzes and processes requests for medical information from outside parties and evaluates legality of releases. Obtains copies and forwards patient health information in response to authorized requests for medical information in accordance with patient privacy legislation. - Copies, faxes, scans, or emails requested files to other sites as needed. Scans BREG receipts and Iron Mountain charts into NextGen Collects IME charts daily and assists in scanning as needed. Checks Healthport to see if releases have been received, and if not inter-office them to Medical Records. Participates in rotation for NextGen faxes and phones. Scans op reports from Rush sources. -Rush Surgi Center -Gold Coast -Rush Oak Park Fulfills requests for MRI reports as instructed. - Purges IME charts on a regular basis; boxes and dictates the charts. Runs doctors' schedules and orders charts from Iron Mountain for patient days. - Look up and orders charts for research coordinators. Places orders to Iron Mountain for pickup of new and returning charts, as well as placing orders for supplies. - Fills in for mailroom duties as needed: picks up and stamps mail, does mail run. - Orders repository forms as necessary. - Notarizes documents for doctors and interns. - Files medical histories and other information in patient charts in proper order following department guidelines. - Transports records to and from physician areas when necessary. - Scans medical records into an appropriate category when received then returns records to an appropriate location. Purges medical records on a regular basis. - Maintains inventory of all necessary supplies, may place orders, may verify deliveries, and approve invoices. - Stays abreast of and complies with all state and federal laws including HIPAA, ADA, OSHA, and FLSA. - Adapts to change in a positive and professional manner. - Provides supplementary assistance to other medical records personnel as needed.
