Title: REMOTE - Active Directory Engineer Location: DE-Wilmington Work Type: Remote Job ID:KPD-a46c4207-eb35-442b-98b8-6aacfdb901e3 Pay Rate $36 - $45 (hourly estimate) Job Description: A large semiconductor electronics manufacturing company is seeking an Active Directory Engineer to join their team. This is a mid-level engineering and service-facing role. The person in this position should have practical working knowledge of AD, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 identity, access groups, service accounts, authentication patterns, conditional access concepts, and enterprise IT request workflows. The role does not require the person to be the final directory architect or senior identity designer, but it does require enough technical judgment to triage demand, identify risk, structure requests properly, resolve routine issues independently, and escalate complex matters with clear recommendations. The role works closely with the AD / Identity Leader, Senior AD Engineers, IAM / IGA teams, endpoint teams, application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders. This person will be the front facing AD Engineer for the entire enterprise. This is a remote opportunity working EST hours. Compensation Range: The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $81,045-$118,867 per year (in the primary posting location). This position is also eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives.
