• Overseeing all aspects of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion • Provides strategic direction and manages project teams • Ensures compliance with industry standards • Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget • Signs on-site presence, attends meetings, and travels as necessary • Sets the vision and strategic plan for construction operations • Directs and supervises multiple project managers and construction teams • Develops and manages multimillion-dollar project budgets • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers • Identifies potential risks and implement mitigation strategies • Participates in business development efforts • Leads initiatives to improve construction processes and adopt new technologies
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in either Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Technical or Building Automation focused degree
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with significant leadership responsibility on large-scale projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales within the commercial building and HVAC controls industry (preferred)
- Established network of industry contacts and relationships (preferred)
- Skilled in value engineering control system designs and proposing cost-effective alternatives (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Effective communicator across all levels of an organization.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Software Licensing & Partner Programs Manager to build and develop our enterprise software licensing capabilities. This strategic role will develop our Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA) practice, evangelize the Cisco 360 partner program, and expand our software licensing capabilities across multiple manufacturers. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our organization and key vendor partners while building scalable, profitable service offerings.
