Enterprise Software Solutions Manager

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Software Licensing & Partner Programs Manager to build and develop our enterprise software licensing capabilities. This strategic role will develop our Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA) practice, evangelize the Cisco 360 partner program, and expand our software licensing capabilities across multiple manufacturers. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our organization and key vendor partners while building scalable, profitable service offerings. Duties and Responsibilities - Cisco Enterprise Agreement & Partner Program Leadership - Build and scale our Cisco EA software sales and services capabilities - Master and evangelize the Cisco 360 partner program both internally and externally - Develop relationships with Cisco partner management and channel teams - Train internal teams on Cisco 360 benefits and positioning strategies - Multi-Vendor Software Licensing Practice Development - Establish software licensing capabilities across manufacturers including Microsoft, IBM, VMware, and security vendors - Create repeatable processes for license assessments, optimization, and compliance services - Develop vendor-agnostic approaches that prioritize client outcomes - Build strategic relationships with multiple vendor partner programs - Revenue Generation & Growth - Drive direct software licensing sales and recurring revenue streams - Create service offerings around license management, optimization, and compliance - Identify and pursue large enterprise software opportunities - Develop pricing models and go-to-market strategies for software services - Internal Organization & Training - Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to integrate software capabilities - Train regional managers and account managers on software licensing opportunities - Work with technical teams to build delivery capabilities around software solutions - Create internal processes and documentation for software licensing practice - Data & Analytics Management - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges - Provide actionable insights and reports to leadership and sales teams to inform decision-making - Implement dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to track sales success and areas for improvement - Strategic Partnership Management - Navigate multiple vendor relationships and partner program requirements - Maximize partner benefits, rebates, and co-selling opportunities - Represent our organization in vendor partner councils and strategic planning - Balance internal revenue goals with partner program compliance Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Role Description The Account Manager role requires a strategic mindset, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of success in services and cloud sales. In this role, you’ll help enterprise clients modernize their IT infrastructure, embrace multi-cloud architecture, and unlock value through advanced service solutions. Account Managers are also responsible for penetrating new accounts and markets by working with marketing, business development, business partners, and through direct selling efforts. Position Summary The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) coordinates and monitors all stages of the project management life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing, ensuring compliance with Meridian project standards, methodologies and guidelines. The Sr. PM will work closely with implementation resources to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track and project scope is completed within the prescribed time frame and budget. Duties and Responsibilities Project Tracking and Reporting: - Setup and track project details in current Project Management software. - Ensure timely entry, validation, and approval of time and expenses. - Manage project budget. - Manage subcontractor time and expenses. - Facilitate assigned project team activities such as team meetings, minutes, follow up action items, maintenance of project plans, risk and issue logs and coordination of program and project documents. - Review, update and coordinate project status with project stakeholders and publish regular comprehensive project/program status reports. - Gather and update project materials, documentation, forecasting, and lessons learned documents. - Setup recurring status meetings with clients, field questions, and handle issues. - Track project milestones and deliverables. - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. - Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. - Consistently deliver results as planned. - Act as the point of effective control over coordination, communication, escalation, and follow-up for issues. Risk Management: - Responsible for conflict management and problem resolution. - Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle. - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and risk, and devise contingency plans. - Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. - Provide risk management and issue/problem resolution.
