Power Platform Support Analyst
Sourcefit
• Support the delivery, operation, and ongoing stability of Power Platform solutions for both clients and internal teams • Focus on supporting developers, managing environments, assisting with deployments, and resolving issues across live and pre-production systems • Work closely with Power Platform Developers to ensure solutions are deployed, configured, supported, and maintained effectively across Dev, Test, UAT, and multiple Production client environments • Practice Gateway Support: Support live environments and releases for Practice Gateway, assist with deployments, upgrades, and hotfixes, investigate and resolve incidents and user-reported issues, support developers by validating changes and monitoring solution health • Client Project Support: Support the delivery and operation of client solutions, including Practice Gateway implementations, Power BI reports, Power Platform and RPA-based solutions, assist with environment setup, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support • Internal Improvements: Support and improve internal systems and data platforms, maintain environments, security, and access controls, reduce operational issues through improved monitoring and support processes
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse entities and configuration
- Environment and solution management
- Understanding forms, workflows, plugins, and customisations (supporting rather than building)
- Experience with Power Automate, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and fixing failed or degraded flows
- SQL Server experience, including writing queries to investigate data issues and support reporting
- Experience supporting Power BI reports, datasets, refresh issues, and access
- Experience supporting Power Apps Portals, including configurations, users, permissions, and basic Liquid / JavaScript troubleshooting
- PowerShell experience supporting deployments, environment setup, and repeatable admin tasks
- SharePoint support experience, including lists, libraries, permissions, and Power Platform integrations
- Comfortable working independently, diagnosing technical issues, supporting developers, and managing priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with application lifecycle management, environment configuration, release support, and deployment tooling (preferred)
- Exposure to C# to understand plugins, integrations, and logged errors (preferred)
- Experience supporting solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (preferred)
- Prior experience working within Microsoft stack environments including Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, and supporting C# components (preferred)
