• Fazer o levantamento de requisitos junto aos clientes da região LATAM • Alinhar com os clientes a fim de esclarecer etapas da implantação • Efetuar mapeamento e entendimento das necessidades do cliente • Buscar conhecer os padrões de implantação das soluções, entendendo as regras de negócio • Apoiar tecnicamente o cliente durante a implantação e reportar ao status das suas atividades • Executar configurações e parametrizações no sistema seguindo o processo de implantação • Acompanhar a implantação dos produtos junto ao cliente, esclarecendo suas dúvidas na integração • Realizar treinamentos a público interno e clientes de forma remota e/ou presencial • Engajar os usuários no uso da solução • Elaborar documentações, cronogramas, apresentações de kick-off e planos de ações
