• Answer Inbound Calls & SMS: Respond to pet parents with warmth, empathy, and efficiency—helping with appointment questions, rescheduling, and urgent needs. • Vet and Confirm Online Bookings: Review, verify, and finalize online appointment requests, ensuring every detail meets Barkbus’ standards for pet safety and client experience. • Support Rescheduling: Work closely with clients to accommodate changing schedules, finding solutions that deliver joy and minimize hassle for everyone involved. • Respond to Email Inquiries: Provide timely, clear, and accurate responses to general questions and support requests via our info@ inbox. • Assist Pet Stylists via SMS: Be the dependable point of contact for our on-the-road grooming pros, providing real-time support and problem-solving to keep their day running smoothly. • Operate with Accuracy: Diligently document every interaction in our systems to ensure seamless service, follow-up, and team coordination.
