• Partnering with product teams to define what "good experience" looks like and how to measure it • Building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Pendo, Tableau, or similar, and using the data to help answer questions and drive our business forward • Instrumenting new product surfaces by working with engineers to define event taxonomies, validate tracking, and ensure data quality • Analyzing funnels, retention curves, and feature adoption to identify friction points in the customer journey • Contributing to our experience metrics framework and helping establish analytics standards across the product organization

Job Requirements

  • Have analytics experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or developer-focused product environment
  • Be comfortable navigating and working with large datasets
  • Have experience with product analytics platform (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, FullStory, or equivalent) and understand event-based instrumentation and measurement
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Be a good team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment
  • Have experience with cloud infrastructure products, developer tooling, or APIs - would be an asset
  • Have familiarity with Python or R for deeper analysis; and exposure to A/B testing frameworks - would be an asset
