Role Description We’re looking for a data-driven and user-obsessed thinker to join our product team. As Product Analyst , your mission is to empower Product Managers with the insights they need to make sharper, faster decisions. You’ll dive into funnels, user conversations, and data to uncover what’s really happening, and translate those findings into clear narratives and impact sizing. You’ll be a strategic partner to PMs — validating hunches, testing hypotheses, and ensuring our roadmap is grounded in both numbers and user reality. You’ll be a strategic partner to PMs, enabling sharper and faster product decisions! This role is open to all candidates in Latin America. Responsibilities - Be the closest partners of product managers — make recommendations while supporting discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and tracking of initiatives. - Interpret and Analyze Data: - Interpret data and trends, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports that drive business decisions. - Be in charge of funnel/behavioral analysis — identify friction points, drop-offs, and growth opportunities. - Dive into user conversations (WhatsApp, support, interviews) to surface behavioral insights and pain points. - Do bespoke analysis to solve important questions. - Size initiatives using both quantitative modeling and qualitative signals, estimating impact and trade-offs. - Drive and support on A/B tests and experimentation. - Build and maintain core dashboards to track product performance and user engagement. - Make business recommendations: Create clear, concise storytelling for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (data → insights → recommendations). Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, or a related discipline. - 3-6 years of experience in product analytics, strategy, insights, growth, or consulting roles. - A proven background that includes not only quantitative analysis but also qualitative research, such as surveys and user interviews, to truly understand the user journey. - Strong SQL + data analysis skills; comfort working with funnel metrics and behavioral datasets. - Ability to synthesize qualitative feedback into structured insights. - Comfort with sizing business impact and making prioritization trade-offs. - Clear communicator with strong business intuition — can go from numbers → strategy. - A genuine interest in our product and the curiosity to deeply analyze the user experience by talking with and observing users. - Experience in fast-growing tech companies and/or fintech is highly valued. - Advanced English level and Spanish native speaker.
