Role Description We are seeking a Temp Senior Designer, Color Concept with a strong point of view. In this role, you will translate seasonal fashion trends into distinctive color stories across Anthropologie apparel brands, building focused palettes that support all categories with clarity and cohesion. You will partner closely with the Concept team to align color direction and ensure consistency from early trend research through concept development, bringing a refined creative vision to color. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 9+ years relevant industry experience, ideally within fashion or lifestyle design. - Understands how creative decisions impact product, brand expression, and commercial outcomes. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and production-ready file standards. - Fluent in Pantone systems across creative and production settings. - Uses AI to enhance ideation, visual storytelling, and presentations while maintaining strong creative authorship and brand alignment. • Configure new projects in AutoCAD Electrical • Setup project databases, symbol libraries, and drawing templates • Draft single-line diagrams (SLDs) and electrical one-lines • Configure and draft schematic wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and instrument location plans • Develop and draft cable tray and conduit routing layouts, grounding plans, and instrument index lists • Define requirements for third party electrical equipment models, vendor schematics, and instrument datasheets to integrate into Mariana Minerals hosted AutoCAD Electrical environment • Define requirements for third party EPC companies to complete detailed engineering

• Lead and develop a team for study startup and database design • Oversee Central Lab Specifications and database configuration • Manage quality oversight and escalation management • Collaborate with project management and client stakeholders

• Responsible for partnering with stakeholders across multiple pillars from content, marketing, and ad sales to create impactful and sustainable design solutions • Leading a team of individual contributors • Manages the design and production of creative deliverables to meet defined needs • Responsible for the development and implementation of graphic solutions • Resolve employee conflicts, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and enforce all departmental SOP’s and company policies
