Legal Operations Lead, Contract Systems

• Support and own defined workstreams within AI-enabled contracting tool implementation, including requirements documentation, testing coordination, rollout support, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement. • Support ongoing administration and optimization of DoorDash’s contract lifecycle management environment. • Partner with vendor technical teams, DoorDash Engineers, Data Systems, GTM, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and Legal stakeholders to document integration requirements. • Administer global contract template governance processes. • Translate legal and business requirements into clear workflow requirements, metadata structures, field mappings, implementation plans, test scenarios, and reporting-ready processes. • Coordinate UAT, smoke testing, go-live readiness, post-launch issue tracking, training materials, status updates, and stakeholder communications for tooling, workflow, and template changes. • Build implementation plans, training materials, and stakeholder communications for legal technology and contract operations initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, legal technology, technical program management, or systems implementation.
  • Hands-on experience supporting CLM, workflow, intake, repository, or business systems administration.
  • Comfortable translating legal and business requirements into technical workflows, metadata structures, and implementation plans.
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • Comfortable partnering with vendor technical teams, engineers, and data stakeholders on integrations, testing, and rollout planning.
  • Experience working across enterprise systems such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
