• Support overall Ecommerce strategy by managing promotional banners, products, and recommended ranges • Work closely with internal Marketing teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate product data and availability • Analyse customer interaction to optimise the online journey and drive commercial growth • Manage product lifecycle activities including setup, tagging, and stock availability • Implement and audit campaign promotional banners across client portals • Analyse category performance, search terms, and product engagement to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with the Data team to enhance reporting and benchmark performance • Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers through regular routines and trading meetings • Support projects relating to website functionality and user experience improvements • Ensure all activity aligns with quality and compliance standards
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an E-commerce or Trading-focused role
- Strong IT literacy, including job-based experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven influencing and decision-making capabilities
- A team player mindset with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to new challenges
- High standards of written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of Google Analytics 4 and PowerBI
