• Conduct comprehensive desk research and market mapping to identify top talent in software, electrical engineering, automotive, and related fields. • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to generate candidate leads and maintain a robust talent pipeline. • Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Utilize SHREK methodology to provide in-depth candidate assessments and recommendations to stakeholders. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals to expand the talent network. • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in executive recruiting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years with proven experience as an Executive Search Sourcer, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, high-growth or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in desk research methodologies, market mapping, and name generation techniques.
- Strong understanding of SHREK (Skills, Habits, Relationships, Experience, and Knowledge) retained search methodology.
- Exceptional assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidates against specific criteria and organizational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
