Clinical Operations Coordinator
Talkiatry
Role Description As a Clinical Operations Coordinator at Talkiatry, you will partner with our Clinical and Operational leaders (dyad leadership team) to drive clinician satisfaction and operational excellence. Your primary focus is on providing excellent experience for our clinicians by fielding, responding, and/or escalating questions that arise in their day-to-day practice. In addition, you will coordinate key operational processes such as: - Provider preferences - Clinician time-off - Clinician pre-ramp preparation - Clinician offboarding Your seamless service and detail orientation will alleviate administrative burden for our clinicians and leadership (Chief Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioner Director) in ways that make Talkiatry truly a special place to work. To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each clinician or leader. You will: - Monitor clinician communication channels for questions and/or escalations, use training and other resources to triage, reply, and/or escalate to the appropriate team, closing the loop once a resolution has been achieved. - Process provider preferences changes to ensure patients are appropriately matched with providers. - Manage provider exits & associated mass and individual transfers to help ensure patient retention. - Schedule onboarding introduction meetings for new hire clinicians and execute our Onboarding Checklist. - Assist in schedule management for our Chief Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioner Directors. - Complete one-off projects as needed, developing materials for essential meetings as required. Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong time management and prioritization abilities. - Excellent follow-through that is proactive and responsive. - Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing plans and priorities. - Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of organizational knowledge. - Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiar with working in EMRs (big plus if eCW).
