What you get to do in this role: - Drive transformational change in how ServiceNow monetizes its business by leading C-Suite sponsored initiatives to deliver meaningful top line growth to the company. - Serve as the bridge between the Product Pricing Team and the Deal Desk Team in defining our commercial principles and guardrails. - Work cross-functionally across product, GTM, and operational stakeholders to ensure monetization strategies align to corporate pricing and packaging strategic roadmap. - Transform key insights into actionable recommendations and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and senior executive leadership. Qualifications - Effective influencing and communication skills and highly effective in securing cross-functional buy-in from senior executives and leaders across the business. - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. - 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology industry across pricing, consulting, business operations and/or product strategy. - 5+ Years of strategy experience in a technology or consulting firm.
