Role Description GovCIO is seeking an experienced Program Director with deep expertise leading large-scale federal IT programs, hybrid infrastructure modernization, data center operations, FinOps, Service Integration and Management (SIAM), and business office integration to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information Technology (OIT). In this role, you will serve as the senior accountable leader across multiple program workstreams, collaborating closely with VA executive leadership, the COR, senior OIT partners, business stakeholders, technical leaders, and corporate operations to drive enterprise alignment, modernization strategy, and mission outcomes. This role will act as a trusted advisor to VA leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery across Infrastructure Enhancements, Data Center Operations, FinOps, SIAM implementation, and Business Office Integration within a complex hybrid cloud and on-premises environment. This position is fully remote, located in the United States.
