Senior Executive Sourcing Partner

Novo Nordisk

• Provide strategic talent intelligence and lead complex sourcing activities globally • Identify and engage executive-level talent globally, assessing background and motivation, and alignment with our mission and values • Generate high-quality, actionable insights, i.e. talent availability and competitive market dynamics, to inform search strategies • Lead 'silent mapping' activities and build intelligence on candidate market, industry, competitors and movement trends • Partner closely with Executive Search Advisors, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to align on search progress and market realities • Develop and maintain talent communities for critical leadership roles with a focus on future-ready and diverse capabilities • Maintain high standards of documentation, regulations, systems and AI technology

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience
  • At least 5 years focused on executive search, talent intelligence, or leadership research
  • An academic degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • A strong track record of leading sourcing for complex, global, and succession-critical leadership roles
  • Expertise in synthesizing market dynamics and competitive insights into evidence-based recommendations for senior leadership
  • Extensive experience with advanced Talent Acquisition systems and tools
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and experience interacting with senior leaders
