Role Description Reporting into the Centre of Excellence team as Procurement Specialist, you are a skilled, organized supply chain professional with a love for manufacturing. In this position, you will manage the company's supply of products, materials and/or services. Your goal will be to strategize with Operations and Administration team members to cut procurement expenses through a deep understanding of the Wildpack manufacturing and sales process using your strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills working across departments and locations. A day in the life: What you do: - Purchase supply of products/materials - Determine the lowest cost for products/materials - Track and record orders - Receive orders and document arrivals - Manage supply base - Analyze market and delivery systems - Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs - Analyze supply base - Prepare requisitions and purchase orders - Monitor order expenses - Communicate performances and costs to management - Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies - Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner - Operate equipment and follow all safety procedures - Comply to scorecard measurement system to track values - Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field - 2-5 years of previous experience in procurement or purchasing - Experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite - Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Benefits - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off

• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing while aligning with Remote’s terms • Manage the entire procurement process in Coupa in partnership with key business owners and stakeholders • Track and monitor software license renewals to ensure timely renewal of services • Partnership with Remote’s Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities • Maintain constant communication with vendors to address and resolve day-to-day issues (i.e. addressing/escalating vendors non-performance)

• Works closely within custom sourcing framework to develop a catalog of custom options. • Creates and follows the custom order process, including pre-sale and post-sale communication. • Works closely with our retail brand partners to determine off-catalog offerings. • Develop pricing models, minimum order requirements. • Acts as an escalation point between customers and factories regarding meeting ship dates, prices and requirements of projects. • Communicates with Field Sales and other customer facing teams on Beyond capabilities, hot products, procedures, quote status, etc. • Works on continuous improvement around problem orders – root cause analysis, etc. • Reports weekly and monthly on sales and productivity.
