• Responsible for the development and career management of the team, from recruiting new employees to creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and providing feedback • Act as owner and co-owner of the planning process: contribute to product planning discussions, bring up enabling items, and drive continuous improvement of our solutions • Serve as the primary integrator between the engineering (SAP) team and the business areas • Lead and be primarily responsible for the evolution of software development processes, including flow management (Kanban), dependency management, risk management, and crisis and incident management
Job Requirements
- Holistic view of ERP (we are not looking for a specialist in a single module but someone who understands the interrelation between areas), with experience in SAP projects
- Ability to understand technical impacts in complex systems and translate them into real business operations
- Hands-on experience with digital products, able to navigate between the agile world and governance of legacy systems
- Resilient profile, passionate about solving complex problems, with the maturity to make high-impact decisions under pressure
- Desirable: experience as an SAP consultant and participation in complex projects
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies
- Knowledge of SAP Activate
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA

Join our Team We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Cutover CPM (Customer Project Manager) to lead and manage end-to-end cutover activities for telecom network projects. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of network migration, integration, and deployment activities while maintaining alignment with customer expectations, project timelines, operational readiness, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong telecom delivery experience, extensive stakeholder management capability, and hands-on expertise in handling large-scale RAN/network cutover activities within a fast-paced environment.
