• Review creative performance daily and turn insights into new ad ideas • Own end-to-end the Paid Social Media creative execution. • Write and edit ad briefs: hooks, headlines, scripts, and copy • Continuously research and develop new angles, hooks, and messaging based on audience insights • Collaborate with video editors and designers to produce your vision, fast • Benchmark competitors and spot emerging creative trends • Organize and maintain a creative testing roadmap • Embrace AI tools to speed up research and ideation

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and analyzing social media campaigns for consolidated brands
  • 2+ years of experience dealing with Meta Ads
  • Professional English (written and spoken)
