• Meet with clients both in-person and virtually to define solution dependencies and transform business practices in accordance with software design. • Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency for both Alkami’s FinTech multi-tenant model and in-house clients. • Conduct application demonstration and discovery sessions to refine business and technical software requirements after contract execution. • Anticipate and raise project, business, and technical issues to the appropriate resources and actively participate in their resolution. • Work directly with third party vendors to resolve integration and design issues with various external systems. • Work closely with Development, Configuration, and PM resources to resolve complex technical integrations related to ongoing projects. • Provide technical support to dedicated Support resources to upgrade and troubleshoot systems and environments as needed. • Share guidance, knowledge, skills, and experiences with team members, provide technical leadership, and update internally-maintained knowledge repository. • Audit client environments and oversee the launch of Alkami products and solutions. • Create and manage documentation and toolsets for the scalability of the Technical Consulting organization.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of technical background and experience required
- 3+ years of Customer-facing, client interaction skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience working with credit union cores such as Keystone Corelation, Fiserv DNA, or JackHenry Symitar.

Role Description The Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships Section (PSFP) works with National Committees and UNICEF Country Offices to maximize revenue and drive income growth. Within PSFP, the Digital team is implementing the Digital Revenue Strategy to Inspire, Collaborate, and Enable markets to improve their digital fundraising results. The vision: become the largest and most successful non-profit digital fundraising program in the world. The overall objective of the Digital Revenue Strategy is to increase net income and donations through improved digital capabilities, integrating digital channels to support activities such as telemarketing, face-to-face fundraising, DRTV, telethons, etc. The selected applicant will work as a Digital Paid Media consultant, empowering and enabling international UNICEF markets to independently drive profitable and scalable performance marketing, digital fundraising, and paid-advertising operations on owned, earned, and paid media channels, such as: - AI Chat Bots (Claude, Chat GPT) - Meta - Google - Bing - TikTok ads The person will enable, empower, manage and oversee paid media ad operations in UNICEF markets to expand their income portfolio holistically, provide the technical know-how to assess and develop performance marketing strategies, and the necessary skills to deliver them within their markets, and assist in disseminating that knowledge to other UNICEF markets.
