Apoia o Tech Manager na criação e manutenção de uma cultura de colaboração; - É o principal representante técnico nas cerimônias de Discovery/Refinamento, participando junto ao Product Manager (PM) e Tech Manager (TM) no upstream e na resolução de bloqueios e entregas; - Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis (planejamento, daily, review, retrospectiva); - Faz a gestão de débitos técnicos em conjunto com o Tech Manager, garantindo que a documentação técnica esteja sempre atualizada e alimentando o backlog técnico e homologando features técnicas. **
