• Responsible for maximizing the business value of Data & Artificial Intelligence solutions on Azure Cloud, acting as the link between business, technology and the program governance, within Agile methodology (Scrum). • Works closely with the Program Manager and the Lead Agile Master, ensuring the program's strategic vision is correctly translated into prioritized backlogs, incremental deliveries and measurable business outcomes. • Represents the business areas in the Data & AI program, owning the product vision. • Defines, prioritizes and maintains the Product Backlog, aligned with the program's strategic roadmap and business objectives. • Works in close collaboration with the Program Manager, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, dependencies and medium- and long-term planning. • Collaborates with the Lead Agile Master and the squad Scrum Master, ensuring clarity of requirements, sprint goals and acceptance criteria. • Details and refines user stories, epics and features related to data, analytics, AI, machine learning and Azure Cloud solutions. • Ensures functional and non-functional requirements (security, LGPD, compliance and quality) are properly incorporated into the backlog. • Actively participates in Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Review, Refinement, Retrospective), validating deliveries and guiding priority adjustments. • Formally accepts team deliveries, ensuring that increments deliver tangible business value. • Supports stakeholder management by communicating progress, impacts and benefits of delivered solutions.

Role Description We are building the platform that powers the performing arts; not just ticketing, but ticket protection, parking, CRM, donations, memberships, and martech, all integrated into a single ecosystem. The Senior Product Manager for Partners and Integrations will own the product delivery for this expanding surface area. This is a new role on a new team, and the first dedicated PM for our integrations and API platform. You will be responsible for ensuring our API achieves full parity with our consumer white-label ordering platform, that it is scalable, reliable, and secure, and that our growing roster of integration partners can build on it with confidence. You'll partner deeply with Engineering and Design, while shaping the strategy for how third-party products connect to Nliven. Reporting to the VP, Product, this is a high-leverage individual contributor role for someone who is equal parts platform thinker and execution-focused PM. This position is full-time and fully remote. Candidates must be located within one of the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Virginia or Wisconsin.
