Role Description We are looking for a seasoned Cloud Architect who combines deep technical expertise with the polish and communication skills to engage directly with clients. This is a hands-on role — you'll own the full lifecycle of cloud environment builds, from whiteboarding the solution to rolling up your sleeves and executing it. What You'll Do: - Work closely with clients to understand their business needs. - Translate business needs into technical plans. - Drive technical plans to completion. - Architect and orchestrate complex environment builds across multi-tier Microsoft stacks. - Navigate intricate ecosystems. - Troubleshoot various issues, including connectivity, environmental misconfigurations, and data problems. Qualifications - Ability to build a project plan and see it through to resolution. - Comfortable in both client meetings and terminal windows. - Experience orchestrating full environment builds in complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems. - Ability to see the big picture without losing track of the details. - Methodical troubleshooting across connectivity, environment, and data layers. - Strong, demonstrable expertise with Microsoft Azure, including AKS, VM Scale Sets, and App Gateways. - Solid grasp of the broader Azure ecosystem and emerging technologies. - Azure certification is expected. - Understanding of complex 3-tier (and beyond) architectures built on the Microsoft stack: .NET Framework and Core, IIS, and MS SQL. - Familiarity with supporting technologies like Redis, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, and API management platforms. - Knowledge of security and identity covering PKI, certificate management, and SSO, specifically with Microsoft Entra and Okta. - Working familiarity with Citrix technologies. - Solid foundational understanding of networking and application dependencies mapping to the underlying network.
