• Deliver compelling, value-focused product demonstrations of the Emburse solution suite to prospective finance, AP, and travel executives. • Collaborate with regional Account Executives to understand prospect pain points and align our product capabilities with their business goals. • Own technical validation tasks, including responding to RFPs, filling out security questionnaires, and setting up trial environments. • Stay ahead of product updates, industry verticals, and competitive landscapes to remain a trusted advisor to internal teams and external prospects. • Assist at trade shows, user conferences, and internal sales meetings to champion the Emburse brand.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience within a B2B SaaS company—ideally in a customer-facing role like implementation, customer success, technical support, or inside sales.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with a natural ability to command a room (or a Zoom call) and translate technical jargon into business value.
- A strong technical aptitude. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable discussing software architecture, integrations, and data security.
- A positive, execution-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple small-to-mid-sized deal cycles simultaneously.
