• Lead and manage a team of 11+ intake and consultation specialists. Set clear daily expectations, run team huddles, monitor call performance, and conduct weekly coaching sessions to maintain focus, motivation, and accountability. • Develop and implement structured sales processes, call scripts, and follow-up protocols. Track key performance metrics, including call volume, consultation bookings, show rates, conversion percentages, and follow-up success rates. • Provide consistent one-on-one and group coaching to enhance team members’ sales skills, including objection handling, tone, urgency, and empathy. Create a culture of continuous learning and improvement to increase conversion rates. • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure a steady and quality flow of leads. Manage distribution, response times, and follow-up sequences to ensure no opportunity is missed. • Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports that summarize team performance. Present data-driven insights to leadership and implement improvement plans where results lag. • Attend community events, expos, and partnership programs as the firm’s representative. Network with potential clients and referral partners to promote Serving Immigrants’ mission and generate new business opportunities. • Identify bottlenecks in the intake and consultation process and design scalable solutions. Introduce or refine systems to improve scheduling, lead tracking, and client communication efficiency. • Work closely with operations and legal teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial intake to signed client. Maintain communication between departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or training capacity. A background in managing sales or intake teams in high-volume, service-based environments such as law firms, call centers, or professional services is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in driving conversions, building rapport with clients, and maintaining energy in a fast-paced sales environment. Skilled in balancing high call volume with personalized client engagement.
- Experienced in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to reach performance goals. Promotes accountability, consistency, and ethical selling practices across the team.
- Adept at designing, refining, and executing sales processes that align with overall firm objectives and enhance client experience. Focused on long-term growth through structure and repeatable success systems.
- Confident in tracking and analyzing KPIs, performance dashboards, and conversion reports. Uses data insights to identify trends, coach effectively, and improve outcomes.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required. The ideal candidate can communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Committed to transparent, honest sales practices that prioritize client trust and compliance. Skilled in maintaining professionalism even in high-pressure situations.
- Comfortable attending and presenting at community events, conferences, and expos. Capable of speaking confidently to diverse audiences and representing the firm’s mission with enthusiasm.
- Proven ability to lead, support, and evaluate remote teams through structured communication, clear expectations, and regular accountability practices.
