Systems Integration Lead – ERP, HRIS

Cobalt Service Partners

• Own and actively manage ERP and HRIS integrations across multiple partner companies • Deliver integrations on schedule with minimal disruption to operations • Serve as the primary point of accountability for integration timelines, risks, and outcomes • Ensure core systems are correctly linked and data flows reliably • Define, enforce, and maintain Cobalt data standards, taxonomies, and integration best practices • Partner closely with functional leaders to translate business requirements into system configurations • Lead training and change management efforts • Act as a trusted advisor to partner company CEOs

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or supporting complex systems integrations
  • Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, finance, payroll, CRM, or operational platforms)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and integration logic
  • Experience operating in environments with ambiguity, limited structure, or rapid growth
  • Proven ability to manage multiple integrations in parallel
  • Strong change management and training orientation
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with executives, operators, technical teams, and third-party vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degree or certifications a plus
