What You'll Do Donor Relations & Stewardship: - Serve as the primary point of contact for donor inquiries via phone and email, providing high-quality support and customer service. - Manage the production and distribution of donor acknowledgments, tribute notifications, and pledge reminders. - Track and report on planned giving commitments and associated documentation. - Maintain up-to-date constituent records and ensure accuracy across all touchpoints. What You'll Bring to the Job - A bachelor's degree. - At least two years of professional work experience or internships. - A passion for mission-driven work and curiosity about fundraising strategy. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; prior experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred. - A self-starting attitude with a collaborative spirit and willingness to learn. - Experience in a fundraising, customer service, or data-focused role is a plus. - Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of donor data.
