• Develop and execute Quince’s global community strategy, positioning community as a core driver of growth, advocacy, and cultural relevance • Build systems that transform customers into participants, contributors, and advocates, including community-led content, referrals, and ambassador programs • Design programs that treat customers like influencers: including early access, community PR lists, product seeding, and community-led brand moments • Partner closely with Social to turn channels into community hubs, prioritizing user-generated content, participatory formats, and community storytelling • Integrate community into product and launch cycles, including early testing, feedback loops, and community-driven rollouts • Design and launch scalable offline community programs across priority markets (run clubs, book clubs, wellness groups, parent communities, local ambassador gatherings) • Identify and cultivate community leaders, creators, and advocates who can organically grow Quince communities within key cities and cultural spaces • Build and manage a structured global ambassador program that empowers members to host events and lead local communities • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR/Communications, Partnerships, and Events to embed community into storytelling, collaborations, and experiential activations • Establish and track community performance metrics including growth, engagement, participation, and advocacy • Develop scalable playbooks and systems to expand community programs across international markets • Monitor cultural and community trends to identify new opportunities for community-led growth

Job Requirements

Role Description The Community Engagement Manager will drive and coordinate community engagement efforts across major EdgeConneX developments, with a primary focus on North America.
