Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in outbound BDR/SDR or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline from cold prospecting — no reliance on marketing-generated leads.
  • Strong command of modern outbound prospecting strategies, ICP development, and account targeting.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Lemlist.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach.
  • Commercial mindset with a clear focus on pipeline quality and revenue impact.
